Wayne Neo is an accredited clinical hypnotherapist specializing in anxiety, pain removal, emotions, and self-confidence & self-esteem.

He was a lecturer on Performance Psychology in the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2018-2019 while studying his Bachelors of Music, and was also invited to lecture at the Kaunas Piano Festival (2018 & 2019), and the 6th Alion Baltic International Music Festival (2019). Before pursuing hypnotherapy, Wayne has been trained in Classical Piano since the age of 3.

He has helped many artists resolve and utilize their anxieties and mean inner critic, so they can live up to their potential. Wayne now works with performing artists, speakers, students, and working professionals who are ready to break free from these destructive thoughts and anxieties, so they can be calm, confident, and in control on stage and in their lives.
